I have been on hiatus again but I am back full force now. Here is basically what happened….

My grandmother died in early August. She lived in Ohio, nearly two thousand miles away but I had spent 4 out of previous 12 months out in Ohio with her. In fact, my mother and son were about to go and visit her for a month, scheduled for the day after she died. Well, I ended up taking myself and the two kiddos to Ohio for the funeral. It is now late September and I am still here
I am staying in my Grandmother’s house until her estate is settled and I am experiencing my first winter…with snow… ever. I am trying to see if I should live here permanently.

So far, we are loving it…but of course this is my second Fall here…what is not to love? Just wish Grandma were still here…
